Heres another DIY for braiding with a TWIST!
If you like waterfall braids, its similar but takes a lot less time:
1. Start with a regular braid (similar to waterfall braiding) but drop the top piece through the bottom and leave it there.
2. Twist the 2 pieces that are left (twist up)
3. Add a new 3rd piece in between and drop it through. Twist again and repeat.
Note: Keep doing this until to get to the back, then secure with clear elastic and tuck the end under. Make sure to secure with a bobbypin.
Remember all you have to do is just twist and add a new piece.
To make it simpler, just twist two pieces and keep adding a new piece, making sure to drop it through each time. I tried it on a friend to practice before I tried it on myself, which made it a lot easier to catch on.
